The ‘Tagliatore’ is responsible for both cutting the patterns and inspecting the leather. A skilled leather cutter is able to “read the leather” only after years of training.

Every design evolves from a spark of imagination brought to life. Drawn entirely by hand, yet intertwined with exact measurements, a unique relation between art and mathematics.

The patterns are stitched together, bringing the shoe closer to it’s ultimate form. leather is unforgiving to inexperienced hands, every stitch is final and every pair unique.

The assembler puts all the pieces together in a finished, wearable shoe. Machine alignment and hammering by hand combines modernity with tradition, sculpting the shoe into it’s final form.
